Authors are great. Authors are awesome. Authors have changed the world. Without C. S. Lewis, we wouldn’t have The Chronicles of Narnia, or The Screwtape Letters, Mere Christianity, The Great Divorce, etc. Without J. R. R. Tolkien, we wouldn’t have The Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion, Roverandom, etc.

I love C.S. Lewis! A new, more contemporary favourite has been S.D. Smith from the “Green Ember” series.

One of my favorite authors is Shannon Messenger, the author of Keeper of the Lost Cities series.

Lucy Maud Montgomery and Laura Ingalls Wilder have become some favourites of the family over the last year or so. Lewis has always been a favourite for me as well.
